Refund policy

At WKNDCART, customer satisfaction is important to us. Since we work with Shopify Collective suppliers, return and refund requests are handled based on supplier policies.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective
  • An incorrect item is delivered
  • The supplier approves the return request

Return Process

Once a request is raised, we coordinate with the supplier to review and resolve the issue. Some items may need to be returned directly to the supplier.

Refunds

If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Processing time usually ranges between 5–14 business days, depending on the supplier and payment provider.

Return approval and conditions may vary depending on the supplier fulfilling the order.
